01General Terms & Conditions

Bdr88 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform. Compliance with bdr88's terms and conditions is mandatory for all users. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. bdr88 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with bdr88, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may register only one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Accounts registered with false or inaccurate information may be terminated at any time.

03Deposit & Payment Policy

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit on bdr88:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not permitted. Such payments will be returned and the account will be investigated.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, funds are typically credited to your balance within 5–15 minutes.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, the funds will be returned by your bank or mobile banking provider.

Bdr88 does not accept payments in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency. All transactions must be completed in BDT.

04Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified mobile banking number.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Daily withdrawal limits and maximum single-transaction limits are set based on prevailing conditions.

To withdraw from your bonus balance, you must first meet the wagering requirements for that bonus. Requesting a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering conditions will result in the bonus being forfeited.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bdr88 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please review the following terms before claiming any offer:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, typically 10–30x the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum odds requirements apply when placing bets with bonus funds.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same device is not permitted.
• Bdr88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

To qualify for the welcome bonus, your first deposit must fall within the specified amount range. In any matters of ambiguity regarding bonuses, the decision of bdr88 management shall be final.

06Betting Rules

Please follow these rules when placing bets on bdr88:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical issue, bdr88 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Maximum winnings are determined by the specific event and market.
• For live betting, bets may be declined due to internet latency.

For multiple selections (parlay/accumulator), if one event is cancelled it is treated as a "draw" and the remaining selections stand. bdr88 reserves the right to adjust odds and markets.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdr88:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Betting based on match-fixing or the use of insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using another person's account.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or security flaw on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bdr88 for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Bdr88 may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• Upon detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting bdr88 support. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
